This speaks to me SO loudly I quiver with excitement over it. It's so me and how I choose to live my life. I just love this one. It's EXCELLENT beyond words!!! I'm sitting here with a HUGE grin on my face. I just got back hiking 3 miles barefoot through mud and debris along a swollen creek....walked in the creek as well. So to come home to this is simply, absolutely perfect!! :) :) :)

to quiver from your head to your liver is an excellent sign.
there is nothing better than to get squelchy mus between the toes and connect with the earth.
