That's the hard part. I can look but don't necessarily want to see. :)

the only thing to fear is fear itself!
delving into and through the layers of one's own psyche and discovering who one truly is, is liberating.
no one wants to be a slave to their own programming, but many chose not to scratch the surface fearing what lies beneath the patina of their own existence.
I find today that sometimes even though I scratch the patina on occasion, sometimes I paint it back on. All that does is cover old wounds....

old wounds are stored emotional energy which has not been resolved.
to be able to move from this one has to get to the essence and the causes and come to terms with that energy
one never knows what courage one has until one is in some cases forced to evaluate one's life.
