this was one of those dreams where was aware of all--completely lucid.
the face of this wizened old man dressed in skins, holding a gnarled wooden stick and on top of his head was a wolfs head, which at first i thought was just head of this wolf. the closer i got the more i saw that it was part of his head and when the eyes opened and the jaw started to move, it was a sight to behold.
during and when i awoke i felt calm and in the days to follow there was an edge to what i had experienced.
this beat one of the others where i watche myself being beheaded...but that for another time.
