PAYBACK AND THE EXPECTATIONS

what is payback ?
everyone would like to do something, that has an instant result.
always the expectation !
how does one change one's view ?

start small and progress one step at a time.
this is provided that one has the willingness and a curiosity.

is there the inherent driving force, that is able to propel you to a place that you feared, but instinctively, you knew that it felt right.

are you prepared to fight your own demons ?
do you have enough tenacity, not to give in or up!
do you want to stand tall, without feeling that you are chasing your own fulfillment !

are you prepared to experience the sacred side of yourself !
are you prepared to take up the warriorship in your own life !

make the choice and expand yourself so that you may bask in the essence and glory of life
take that step now

OBLIGATION AND THE SACRED COVENANT

what exactly is this obligation and why is it that there are no conscious memories of it.

life is a sacred covenant.

we are raised from spirit energy and transformed into matter.
the alchemy of life had begun as we took our first breath.
our ultimate mission and obligation in life, is to transcend the matter and return back to spirit.

at this stage there will always be the questions.
there are always the doubters and skeptics.
how is it that i am able to say these things?
what proof do i have of this ?
others will say it is not in the parameters of my belief system.
who exactly are you(me) to say these things without offering a shred of evidence.

with this feedback from people, all i can say, is that this is not a belief--it is a knowingness.
no !, i cannot prove anything, i say.
i can only tell it the way i know it !

if i was to ask what proof do others offer, that what i say is not true---there would be silence.
some would go straight into the books of their holy words and quote the passages, trying to prove that what i know is false.

there is a saying , each to their own.
the problem with this is that this becomes exclusive to those that who follow a certain path and does not account for any deviations.

where is the holistic view----

the universal view which is all inclusive.

the way the world is today, with all the believers in religion, why is it that the seeds that have been sown and are still sowing are not reaping harmony and peace.

if the religious point of view, is so strong and binding, why do we have so much collateral damage.

we as sentient beings, each have to take a stand and the responsibility.
this is where the obligation comes in.
it awaits the realisation of the ultimate truth.

one of the few religions that has never gone to war is Buddhism.
why is that so ?
could it be that the belief system contains something that is so inspiring that prevents people from killing each other.

as the bible says, what you sow, ye reap.
they take ultimate responsibility for their destiny.
what one does in one's life, will be reaped in this life and others.

i am not suggesting that everyone go out and become a Buddhist.
on the contrary, all this is illustrating is the practicality of the universal laws.

to take responsibility for one's actions, could and would change the world dramatically, if practiced wide enough.
this does not mean that one should change overnight and believe in another religion.

the challenge is how does one take what one believes and opens up oneself to see how others believe.
in that process, without judgement, one would be able to start to see more of the wholeness, than the limiting view and perceptions of a tunnel.

it becomes the how to of expanding one's horizons in the belief department.

young people travel from their individual cities, town, villagers to explore other places.
in the process their viewpoints change and they become worldly.

why is it that people are afraid to look at other religions, belief systems and end while embracing them enjoy that same worldliness and holistic view.

what is the inherent fear, that persists in preventing people from taking up the quest.?
why when they are challenged they go straight into the defensive mode, about what they believe.
is what they believe not strong enough to stand on it's own two feet.

it is not the belief that is not strong enough, it is the individuals perception of it.

people find it extremely difficult to embrace difference, especially when it comes down to belief.
i think that if they opened up to even understand beliefs in some way, it would make what they believe, less than what they thought it was
this would present a dilemma.
how can everyone be right?
for them to be right ,makes me wrong!
when that appears to be the case, it becomes unacceptable and therefore the defence of one's belief, comes to the fore.

it comes down to perception.
to bring this into micro focus; how does one inculcate all into one's life and most importantly ,why.

to look ,is not to see
to hear, is not to listen

the payback continues

LIBERATING ONESELF..................

what exactly does it mean to liberate oneself ?
what is liberation ?
is it a fanciful idea, which is not obtainable ?
where does one start ?
are their parameters ?
what are the processes ?
how does one get out of the hole ?

firstly one has to acknowledge that there is a hole and the reasons for being in that hole are the choices that have been made.
if that is true, then there has to be a sense of openness and the taking of personal responsibility.

one could ask and say that the situations were not of your making and that there was no choice, to the outcome.
there is always a choice---
the choice that one has, is not of changing the situation.
there are times when things just happen.
why they happen is another story.

where the choice lies is in the perception of the situation and what one is going to do with the emotional energy.

everything that happens in one's life is an event.
the amount of emotional energy that one invests in the event, is up to each individual.
sometimes in a situation, when the individual is traumatised, one does not have a choice in what transpires.
as a sentient being, one responds to a stimulus, being in the reactive mode.
after this is when one has the choice of what one wants to do with the pent up feelings of energy.

it is an obligation of each sentient being, to resolve the issues.
to be able to clear the retentive energy is a must.

one has to get back the equilibrium that was lost, but at the same time, not to get comfortable with it.

to grow and fulfill one's destiny, is not to be comfortable at all times.
it is a question of pushing the parameters of one's own cocoon outwards.

making the choice to do this ,enables one better, to handle the situations that do crop up.

it does not come as any great shock, when one's security blanket is not nestled up to one.
the security blanket is nor something that one ever loses.
you could say how is that possible ?
we grow up ,take responsibility or not, have children or not,work or not........etc
the security blanket is like energy,
it changes from one form to another.
from an outward physical symbol/object, it becomes an internal sense of knowingness.

to be able to make this transition, and it is possible, one has to be able to reprogram, who one is and what one is,
this does not rely on the external trappings of a consumer society.
it relies on what you are on a spiritual level.

the knowingness of self is the key
when one reaches this stage, the security blanket is in the knowledge of who one is.
one does not need and external false sense of security
this does not mean that one does not need people in one's life
people and relationships are the keys to forward progress.
in the process of relationships the opportunity exists to turn selfishness into selflessness and arrogance into humility.
to be able to be loved and love.

what about the expectations ?
they are always prevalent.

what about my needs ?
what about my wants ?
what about my desires ?
if one is able to sacrifice all ,without having an expectation, then you have started to realise what it is all about.

another question is, how far would you like to travel on your journey.

to envisage one's destiny is hard---to fulfill it even harder.
if something is that difficult. you might ask, .........why even bother !

life and living are a precious commodity,
it is easy to take all for granted.
keep on pretending, it is your right to inhale and exhale.
it is very easy to be disingenuous and dishonest.

what have you got to lose by dropping the facade.
others are too busy worrying about themselves, to worry about your issues.

one has to be one's own leader and follower.
the resolution of one's fears will take you forward to the next hurdle.

in the willingness and the courage to take the next step. the involution will bring about the evolution.
to learn and know how prepared one is to make the ultimate sacrifice.

the surrendering of the illusion of who you are, to discover, what you always knew, which was waiting for itself to be revealed.

there is the obligation that one has for the gift of life and it is up to you to render your responsibilities to it.

LEAVING THE PAST BEHIND.......

how does one achieve ,leaving the past behind.
what is the anchor that holds one rigid, in a period or periods of one's life.

the chain of the anchor is the time span it takes to release the problem.
the motor is the process.
the anchor is the emotional energy, which one has left and not fully resolved.

if one is not prepared to pull up the anchor, one would reach a situation, where there is no movement.
you will be going flat out and using all the available energy and find yourself immobilised.

the strain on the system is tremendous and soon you would reach a situation where the motor will be compromised.

the longer the immobilisation is in place, the more the fear grows.
the original energy disappears and is overlaid with a new retentive energy.
now, not only is there one anchor, you yourself have placed another, to keep yourself in that place of fear.

the fear of living.

losing the perspective and not tackling the emotional energy, leads to all that energy being stored in the musculature.
energy is never destroyed and just moves from one place to another.
now that one has switched off the lights, one is able to complain about the darkness.

it is the choice and will of every sentient being, to create the path to fulfill their destiny.

the intention and the willingness, the curiosity and the persistence are the deciding factors on whether one succumbs to the darkness or liberates oneself.

SEIZING THE MOMENT.......

when one says --seize the moment--which moment is that exactly?
what is the interpretation of that?
was it a moment in business, where one thought there was money to be made?
was it a moment in politics where one thought that this was the time to usurp some more power?
was it the moment where one could gain the recognition one was so needy of , by receiving the award?
was it the moment in romance/sex where one thought one could get lucky and took the gap ?

is it only the moment where the perceptions lie, depending on the individual and the perceived payback !

if one does not have a holistic/universal perception of the payback, then one can only seize the moment, looking through a tunnel.
one has to have the realisation in one's,life, to realise all, that is on offer.

extending the parameters and reaping the rewards.
there are however situations where people do seize the moment unconsciously.
if one were mad about swimming, the chances are that given any moment to pursue that direction, one would jump at that immediately.

the question still remains, on how to take what one already has and bring it to the conscious level.
to become aware of the process and push the limits.
opening up oneself to different opportunities and people.
using these situations to act as a catalyst.

this requires intention and focus.

if one is not able to hear it , see it, touch it, taste it; does not mean that it does not exist.

i suppose that the means test, is to know oneself, without the residue of collected emotions.
to reach a state of awareness one has to leave the past behind
