THE FEATHER

THE FEATHER THAT HAD LAIN SO LONG
PRESSED INTO THE PAGES
OF AN OLD MUSTY BOOK

I PLACED THE FEATHER IN MY HAND
AND STRANGE VIBRATIONS WERE FELT THROUGHOUT MY WHOLE BODY-
I WAS NOT QUITE SURE WHAT WAS HAPPENING.

THE ENERGY STARTED TO PULSE INTO MY FINGERTIPS AND MY HAND BECAME WARM AND THEN HOT.
AS I LOOKED AT MY HAND ,THE FINGERS STARTED TO CURL AROUND THE FEATHER AND THERE WAS A SENCE OF SERENITY AND PEACE WHICH FLOWED THROUGH AND OUT OF ME.
THE ILLUSION OF THE REALITY BECAME THE REALITY OF THE ILLUSION.

SKY,
the Italians say it best---mille grazie--a thousand thank you's.

when i first started blogging i read one important thing in some dummy's guide to blogging---always be yourself.
from your comment i take it that on that front, it is successful.
thanks once again and for the link on your blog (the doctor)---AMAZING.

I LOVE IT! Your site is so one of a kind and unique that I go to it with anticipation of what unknown "things" I will see or read or experience. I literally never know what I will find and being who I am I just LOVE the unknown...I thrive in it. That is what is so amazing about life. If we are open and not set in drab dead shutdown ways the world is FULL of unknown and unique experiences. Good for you! I picture you in your garage gallery creating magic. Thank you for sharing it.

robin,
i thank you for your comments--
one of the main reasons i started a blog was to share the creative side of me ,which had been seen by the few only.
It also gave a wider group of people who hopefully would express what they feel, not because they were friends or family, but on what they read and resonated with.
the added bonus is extending oneself beyond the mundane and the mediocrity and making sure one does not lose that sence of fun, adventure and openness.
thank you
take care
and yes who knows what will follow!

Very very nice. I always consider it lucky when I find feathers. I keep them. I have two eagle feathers that remind me of grace.
