a journey

there are many journey's that are expedited in a lifetime. some are extremely painful, others resonate with the jubilation and joyousness.
each journey that is started and finished is never finished. it is packed away and used as a guide, a reference point or some ugly reminder of the places and roads we would not like to travel again.
the act of acceptance on completion does not erase the images, all it does is alleviate the emotional content.

as we are the ships that set sail on a becalmed sea, to find out how we could test our mettle on the high seas,so are our lives intertwined with our existance.
are we able to take that existance and expand it into all that it could be ?
is there the staying power to overcome some resistance, any resistance ?
is the mind geared and prioritised ?
are we able to fulfill our own destinies with free choice ?
is the free choice a thinking one or one of situational necessity ?
do you really believe that you have the chouce ?

when you dig down deep into the earth, you might find a seam of gold that is the mother lode.
have you found yours yet ?

this is not about the fountain of youth, it is about the eternal spring of essence.
it is not outside, above and beyond.
it is inside, intrinsic to the workings of our lives----it is tapping into it and opening it slowly like a lotus petal.
it is the kundalini of our being.
opening to a bountiful universe, all in the space of the physical form that you would call a body vehicle.

PERSEVERANCE

Interesting post. Some good thoughts here. As you say, a ship is not built just to ride at anchor in a safe harbor. It is built to withstand the rigors of a journey at sea. I look forward to reading as you unfurl your sails and brave the uncharted oceans of life!

I have just read all of your posts so far and could relate very much to your insightful words. It is a pleasure to read someone who is obviously very much in touch with their inner self. Some of us are still trying to find that place so the journey continues.

I will be back to read more.
